Today I offer you a simple and free little pattern for you to fashion a collar and pleated jabot. This is a really simple pattern that really does not require much instruction. Once the pattern is scaled out, place the narrow portion of the collar on the fold and do the same for the jabot (the line with 'jabot' goes on the fold). Do a narrow hem and then leave plain or else trim with lace. Enjoy!
